Ingredients
- ½ tsp. Ashwagandha
- 1 tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. MCT oil
- ¼- ½ cup hot water
- ¼ cup hot non-dairy milk of choice (unsweetened)
- Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 tsp – 1tbsp. pure maple syrup (depending on your sweetness scale). *Optional, and can use honey, stevia or monkfruit sweetener instead
- Last but not least, your personalized, daily dose of Think Happy Wellness Tincture
How to Make
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth.

- ashwaghandha is an adaptogenic herb traditionally used for its stress-balancing properties. It has been shown to assist in lowering cortisol levels (our stress hormone).
- turmeric is (surprisingly) an adaptogen that is commonly used for its anti-inflammatory properties.
